To promote health and fitness - including weight loss - in a club setting backed by Rosemary Conley MBE. |

Weekly Diet & Fitness Classes (including exercise session) held in Romsey, Totton and Holbury. |

| Charges: |
Membership fee then a weekly class fee with concessions for retired persons not working at all. |

| Restrictions: |
Service is available for all over the age of 10 years wishing to reduce their weight and increase their fitness levels in a sensible and healthy way. (10 to 14 year olds must be accompanied by parent or guardian) |
