| The Opening of the Forest Business Centre |
Handston Properties Limited are delighted to announce that the renovation and restoration of the Grade II listed former Fawley Infants School is now complete.
Members of Fawley Infant School council, Cameron and Hannah, attended the opening of the new business centre in the old school building.
They were very pleased to help MP Julian Lewis with the ribbon cutting ceremony. Former pupil Doreen Hosey and Claire Murley of Fawley Historians were also present.
The development entailed the conversion of two buildings into separate office suites, which are available either to rent or to purchase. Six suites are available in sizes ranging from 569 sqft up to 4,911 sqft.
The conversion has bought many interesting features to light, offering occupiers an attractive environment in which to work, with vaulted panelled ceilings, wonderful natural light through large casement windows, and now with individual staff facilities, carpeting throughout, data cabling and central heating.
