Men suffering domestic abuse in long-term relationships with other men are urged to complete a domestic abuse survey to help develop support services for themselves and others.

The online survey at newforest.gov.uk/domesticabusesurvey aims to build a better understanding of men who are experiencing both physical and emotional domestic abuse from their partners and/or family.

The survey results will assist the Safer New Forest Domestic Abuse Forum to develop specialist services in the New Forest and provide information for men who have a long-term (more than eight weeks) relationship with other men.

If this survey is relevant to you, even if you don’t live in the New Forest district, please complete it as the results will be shared with neighbouring areas.

And don’t worry, the survey is anonymous and totally confidential.

Please add any comments at the end to let us know anything that you feel we should do or that you think we have missed.

The survey results will be posted online at www.safer.newforest.gov.uk with details of any support services that are being developed.

Help us to help you and other domestic abuse victims end the suffering.
